Aioli Sauce

This dressed-up mayonnaise makes a nice dipping sauce for vegetables. I don't suppose it's terribly healthy, but it is tasty. I like it with panko-crusted zuccini and cauliflower.

Ingredients

Directions

Make a paste of the garlic and a bit of salt. (You're supposed to do it with a knife, but I just press the garlic. It's one of the few times I reach for my garlic press.) Whisk in mayo, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season to taste with more coarse salt and pepper. Cover and chill. Flavors will blend in the fridge.
