Deviled Eggs

 

Ingredients:

Recipe:

Peel the hardboiled eggs. Slice them in half and put the yolks in a bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork until they are fluffy.

Add the rest of the ingredients except paprika and mash. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Scoop the filling into the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish.

Notes:

This makes a very mild sweet-tart egg. Everything is adjustable, many recipes don't use sugar and do use any of a whole pile of add-ins like diced vegetables, bacon, etc. The main thing is to get the eggs to a consistency where they hold their shape.
