Preheat oven to 350*F
Drain tofu using method of choice.
Coat pieces with marinade. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn and bake for another 30.
These came out pretty smoky. The brown sugar caramelized really intensely. I think next time I'll try agave or honey. The results tasted pretty nice though, with a firm but creamy tofu texture and a bittersweet coating.
