Green Bean Casserole

 

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*F.

Mix the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy and half of the fried onions (2/3 cup). Put in a baking dish and bake for 25 min, or until hot and bubbling.

Sprinkle on the rest of the fried onions and bake for another 5 min.

Let the casserole sit for ~5 min to let the flavors blend.

Notes

Somehow I went most of my life without trying this, until a friend asked me to bring it to Friendsgiving. I found I liked it quite a bit. Fried onions show up on the shelves in November, then vanish again.
