Butterscotch Sauce

 

Ingredients:

Directions:

Put butter, brown sugar, cream, and salt into a sauce pan. Heat on medium, whisking to mix until the butter in melted and incorporated. Bring to a soft boil, whisking occasionally.

Boil for five minutes on low, whisking regularly.

Remove from heat.

Whisk in vanilla.

Store in fridge after cooling.

Notes:

Really easy, way less sensitive than caramel sauce, and really, really good.
